1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept two secure payment methods:

  1. Interac e-Transfer (CAD only)

  2. Alipay (CAD only)

All payments must be completed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

2. Payment Timing

  • Full payment is required before your order is processed.

  • Orders will not be shipped or prepared until payment is confirmed.

  • For high-value orders or daily limits (e.g., $3,000 CAD), customers may pay in multiple installments, as long as the total order amount is fully paid before shipping.

3. Taxes & Fees

  • All product prices are inclusive of applicable Canadian taxes.

  • There are no hidden fees — the price you see at checkout is the total you pay.

4. Payment Security

  • Interac e-Transfer: Payments are securely processed through your bank.

  • Alipay: Transactions are encrypted and handled by Alipay’s secure platform.

  • Maple Containers does not store full payment credentials, ensuring your information remains safe.

  • Always double-check your payment details before sending.

5. Failed Payments & Disputes

  • If a payment fails or is rejected, your order will not be processed.

  • Customers can retry the payment via the same method or contact us at sales@maplecontainers.ca for assistance.

  • For any payment disputes, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

6. Order Processing

  • Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed immediately.

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM PT will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is verified and your order is being prepared for shipping.
