For same-day processing, orders must be received before 4:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).

Orders placed after 4:00 PM PT will be processed on the next business day.

6. Damages and Claims

Maple Containers takes care to deliver all products safely, but shipping containers are large and heavy.

Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

We will investigate and work with you to replace or resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
