  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and without modifications.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • All products are eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges as long as these conditions are met.


2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Include your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.

  • We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label — there is no cost for returning the product.


3. Return Address

All returns should be shipped using the prepaid return shipping label provided by Maple Containers. The label will include our warehouse address:

Please ensure the package is securely sealed and includes all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.

  • You will receive confirmation via email when your refund has been issued.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for all products meeting the unused and original condition requirements.

  • Customers can request an exchange by contacting sales@maplecontainers.ca.

  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the returned product and ship the replacement product at no additional cost.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If a container arrives damaged or defective, we will work with you to replace or refund the product, according to your preference.

  • Please report any damages or defects within 48 hours of delivery by emailing sales@maplecontainers.ca with photos and order details.

  • Our team will guide you through the return, exchange, or refund process promptly.


7. Warranty

  • All products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

  • Warranty claims can be submitted via sales@maplecontainers.ca, with proof of purchase and product details.

  • The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Ensure the product is returned in original, unused condition.

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
