2. Warranty Duration

  • The warranty period begins on the date of delivery of the product.

  • The warranty lasts for 12 months from the delivery date.

3. Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  3. Describe the Issue: Explain the defect or problem and, if possible, include photos.

  4. Return Instructions: We will provide a prepaid shipping label for any product that must be returned for inspection.
